Corporate Counsel is an emerging Law Firm in Bangladesh set up by Mr. Morshed Ahmed Khan (Masud), Barrister-at-Law, former Partner of M/S Lee, Khan & Partners, which was the leading Law Firm in Bangladesh in the corporate, commercial and banking sector.

After working for M/S Lee, Khan & Partners for almost 10 years from 1997, Mr. Khan set up Corporate Counsel in January 2007. Since then, Corporate Counsel has been working mainly in Corporate/Company Matters, Commercial Matters, Banking Matters, Vetting of Property Document and Documentation, Real Estate Matters, Power, Petroleum & Energy Matters, Media & Telecommunication Matters, Tax Matters, Intellectual Property Matters, Labour Law Matters, Commercial Crimes, Drafting & Reviewing of Contract, Dispute Resolution, Litigation, etc.
